300-foot tough fiberglass measuring tape mounted on cordreel. Tape is premarked with color codes for desired straight-in or angled parking stall sizes. Helps align stall depth and width in one step.

5 color-coated pre-marked layouts include: 8-feet-6 inches, 9-feet-0 inches, and 10-feet-0 inches straight in parking, along with 60 degree parking of 9-feet-0 inches and 10-feet-0 inches.
